30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Pro and Team plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or email support@toolforge.example and we will arrange it for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take up to ten business days for the money to appear.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time through paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
